Sharon Stern Receives M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Awards

April 13, 2016 – Sharon Stern, a Partner at Joele Frank, was recently named as a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 7th annual “Emerging Leaders Awards.” This award recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who had reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. The 2016 Award Winners were chosen by an independent judging panel from a pool of prominent nominees in the U.S. and U.K. Joele Frank partners Tim Lynch, Jed Repko, Matthew Sherman and Andrew Siegel are past recipients of this award.

Joele Frank Inducted to PRWeek Hall of Fame

December 2, 2015 – Joele Frank, a founder and managing partner of our firm, has been inducted to the PRWeek Hall of Fame. PRWeek established the Hall of Fame in 2013 to recognize individuals for their outstanding contribution to the development of the communications industry, significant impact on the PR field, mentorship of a generation of communications professionals and exceptional thought leadership that shaped and redefined the field. Joele is being honored for her 25 years of counseling executive teams and boards of directors through some of the most complex and delicate situations in their companies’ history, having played a major role in more than 1,000 special situations. She is a member of the third group of inductees, and was recognized at a celebratory dinner in New York City in December 2015.

Scott Bisang Named A Rising PR Star

October 20, 2015 – Scott Bisang, a Managing Director at Joele Frank, has received a “Rising PR Star” award from PR News, which recognizes the top professionals in the public relations field for their contributions to the industry and accomplishments in helping organizations achieve their communications goals. Scott has extensive experience providing strategic communications and investor relations counsel to companies involved in transactions and special situations as well as longer-term corporate positioning programs. Andi Rose, a Partner at Joele Frank, is a past recipient of this award.

Jed Repko Receives 40 Under 40 Award

May 18, 2015 – Jed Repko, a Partner in the San Francisco office of Joele Frank, was recently named as a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 6th annual 40 Under 40 Awards in the service provider category. This award recognizes and celebrates emerging industry leaders in M&A, Financing and Turnaround industries. The 2015 Award Winners were chosen by an independent judging panel from a pool of prominent nominees for their notable accomplishments in business and in service to the community. Joele Frank partners Andrew Siegel, Matthew Sherman and Tim Lynch are past recipients of this award.
