Noam Safier
Director
Noam provides strategic counsel and communications support to companies across sectors, helping them navigate significant reputational challenges. He has substantial experience both preparing for and responding to major corporate crises that often involve diverse groups of stakeholders in multiple geographies. In addition to his crisis work, Noam helps clients develop and deploy their corporate narrative through pivotal financial moments, including transactions, shareholder activism and investor relations.
Financial Communications
Noam has worked on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions with companies in the industrial, manufacturing and food businesses, as well as defended against activism campaigns by Ancora, Carl Icahn and Hestia.
Crisis Communications
He has significant experience helping companies across the world respond to cyber attacks that have halted company operations and exposed sensitive employee and customer information. Cyber clients have spanned all industries, including financial services, consumer goods, technology, and entertainment, among others. Noam has also assisted with several high-profile labor issues, corporate lawsuits and FCPA allegations.
Profile Raising and Media Relations
Noam has worked closely with major companies to develop, refine and promote a new corporate narrative. Utilizing an array of media, conferences and professional network channels, he helps clients determine compelling angles for their story, choose the appropriate targets and secure favorable coverage.
Before joining Joele Frank in April 2024, Noam held advisory roles at Brunswick Group, Finsbury (now FGS Global) and Yeshiva University’s Office of the President. He holds a BA in Psychology from Yeshiva University.
