Head of Digital Communications
Neil is the Head of Digital Communications at Joele Frank and leads the firm’s digital intelligence, strategy, and content development offerings. He works with clients to design and implement strategic, best-in-class digital initiatives across the firm’s practice areas, including transaction announcements, proxy contests, ongoing executive thought leadership initiatives and social media campaigns, among other areas.
Prior to joining the firm, Neil was the Head of Marketing for MISSION, a private equity-backed sports apparel technology company. Before that, he served as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer for Signafire Inc., a big data company focused on Fortune 100 organizations in the automotive and insurance space, which was acquired by The NowVertical Group in 2020.
Neil started his career helping to transform the publishing and real estate industries from static traditional communications, to always-on, engagement-led experiences, powered by digital, social, email, and paid media. As an advertising executive at both Aegis Dentsu and Omnicom’s BBDO, Neil led global integrated communications teams for a broad range of clients, including P&G, Pernod Ricard, FedEx, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Electronic Arts, the 9/11 Memorial Museum, and American Family Insurance.
Neil holds a BA from Middlebury College, where he majored in Applied Psychology and an accreditation in Nationalism and Religion, from The Salzburg Seminar, in Salzburg Austria. He’s an active member of Brand Innovators and speaks regularly on the power of digital transformation.
