Laurie specializes in financial and investor-relations research. Using specialized databases and other resources, Laurie supports work across the firm’s client base and practice areas. Her areas of focus include mergers & acquisitions, proxy contests, shareholder activism, restructurings, corporate governance and crisis communications.

Laurie joined Joele Frank in 2008. She received a BA in Communications, with a minor in Business Administration, from Northeastern University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
