Jude is the Chief Operating Officer of Joele Frank, responsible for all aspects of firm management. Prior to joining the firm, he was the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Reorg Research, Inc., a New York City-based financial media company that was acquired by Warburg Pincus in 2018. Jude began his career as an attorney in the Insolvency group of Latham & Watkins LLP and holds a BSBA from Georgetown University and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Associate Board of the Madison Square Park Conservancy, where he chairs the Corporate Committee.
