Eric is the head of Joele Frank’s Design group, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate communication design across a broad range of industries. Eric and his team seamlessly integrate with client teams, often collaborating directly with executives and serving as an extension of clients’ internal IR and marketing efforts. His work helps clients convey their stories with clarity, creativity and impact – whether in high-stakes situations or as part of ongoing communications strategies.

Eric plays a pivotal role in supporting Joele Frank’s M&A and Activism Defense practices, leveraging his expertise in visual storytelling to shape and deliver print and digital campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders, driving successful outcomes for high-stakes and time-sensitive projects. His work spans a diverse array of deliverables, including fact sheets and infographics, social and paid media, motion graphics, presentations, videos and websites. Additionally, Eric has significant experience in crisis communications, restructurings, and brand integration during and after M&A transactions.

Whether driving digital-first strategies or supporting long-term brand evolution, Eric and his team deliver innovative, creative solutions that align with business objectives. Their work consistently enhances clients’ investor communications and public relations initiatives, including investor presentations, Investor Day events, LinkedIn campaigns, marketing materials, proxy and sustainability reports and website development.
Financial Sponsors
Eric’s design expertise extends to supporting the Joele Frank Financial Sponsors group, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Eric’s experience with investor-facing collateral enables his team to help financial sponsors to effectively communicate their value proposition and drive investment.
Before joining Joele Frank in 2015, Eric was a member of the Marketing & Communications team at Skadden, where he defined brand standards across global offices and produced strategic internal and external communications. Prior to Skadden, Eric provided creative expertise to law firms, investment banks, accounting firms and real estate developers. He holds a BFA from the University of Michigan School of Art and Design.
