Notable assignments include: Altra Industrial Motion in its combination with Fortive; Benson Hill in its combination with Star Peak Corp II (SPAC); Cardtronics in its sale to NCR; Core-Mark in its sale to Performance Food Group; CIRCOR in its successful defense against an unsolicited proposal from Crane; DTE Energy in its spin-off of DTE Midstream; Dynegy in its merger with Vista; Exact Science in its acquisition of Genomic Health; International Flavors & Fragrances in its acquisition of Frutarom; L Brands in its sale of majority stake of Victoria’s Secret to Sycamore Partners; McCormick in its acquisition of Reckitt Benckiser’s Food Division; Progenics Pharmaceutics in its merger with Lantheus.
