Director
Alexis provides strategic counsel and communications advisory to companies across industries, focusing on corporate reputation management, sustainability and stakeholder engagement. She supports the evolution of corporate stewardship strategies and narratives, taking a holistic approach by considering each company’s unique stakeholder landscape, business priorities and evolving risks.
Governance and Corporate Stewardship
She partners closely with clients to develop sustainability and corporate responsibility strategies that translate environmental and social risks and opportunities into practical, industry-specific corporate stewardship initiatives. Alexis works with cross-functional client teams to develop annual corporate impact and stewardship reporting that prepares companies to meet compliance obligations with emerging regulations and addresses investor and other stakeholder expectations. She contributes to board briefings on climate impact, reputational risks management, human capital and sustainability best practices. As a trusted advisor, she guides clients to enhance corporate ratings and develop priority reporting frameworks, including the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
Corporate Communications & Reputation Management
She supports clients with crisis preparedness to protect corporate reputations, navigating complex risks related to the evolving diversity and inclusion landscape, political and regulatory environment, targeted social media attacks, ethics investigations, human capital issues, board and executive succession planning, shareholder activism and corporate transactions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Amid dueling perspectives on social and environmental issues, Alexis has supported clients to develop engagement strategies with a broad range of stakeholders, including environmental- and social-focused activists, shareholders, NGOs, advocacy groups, employees and business partners.
Investor Relations & Public Relations
She has helped clients strengthen their corporate communication strategies, including positioning and messaging, quarterly earnings support, internal communications, thought leadership and profile raising.
Alexis joined Joele Frank in 2022. She received a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of San Diego.
