Joele Frank Cited as an Outstanding Leader at Women’s 100 Securities Conference
June 9, 2017 – Joele Frank, a founder and managing partner of our firm, received the Linda C. Quinn Achievement Award at the annual Women’s 100 Securities Conference hosted by TheCorporateCounsel.net on June 9, 2017. The award honors the work of Linda C. Quinn, the first female Director of the Division of Corporation Finance of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and her impact on the SEC, the legal community and the world of finance. The award recognizes outstanding women leaders in the areas of securities and corporate governance. As the third recipient of this prestigious award, Joele joins Meredith Cross, partner at WilmerHale and former Director of the Division of Corporation Finance of the SEC, and Peggy Foran, Chief Governance Officer of Prudential Financial.
