September 4, 2018 – Allison (Monat) Sobel, a Senior Account Executive in Joele Frank’s New York office, has been named President of the NIRI NY NextGen Committee. NIRI NY Next Gen is a sub-group of the National Investor Relations Institute’s New York chapter geared specifically to meet the needs of up-and-coming investor relations professionals who are newer to the workforce and have been in IR for less than five years.

June 26, 2018 – Meaghan Repko, a Partner at Joele Frank, was recently named an “Emerging Leader” at The M&A Advisor’s 9th annual award ceremony in New York. This award recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. June 9, 2017 – Joele Frank, a founder and managing partner of our firm, received the Linda C. Quinn Achievement Award at the annual Women’s 100 Securities Conference hosted by TheCorporateCounsel.net on June 9, 2017. The award honors the work of Linda C. Quinn, the first female Director of the Division of Corporation Finance of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and her impact on the SEC, the legal community and the world of finance. The award recognizes outstanding women leaders in the areas of securities and corporate governance. As the third recipient of this prestigious award, Joele joins Meredith Cross, partner at WilmerHale and former Director of the Division of Corporation Finance of the SEC, and Peggy Foran, Chief Governance Officer of Prudential Financial.
