December 5, 2017 – Joseph Sala, a Managing Director at Joele Frank, has been recognized as a “Rising PR Star” by PR News. This award is given to top professionals in the public relations field for their contributions to the industry and accomplishments in helping organizations achieve their communications goals. Joe provides strategic counsel and communications support to public and private clients across a broad range of industries. Jonathan Keehner Named An Emerging Leader
June 29, 2017 – Jonathan Keehner, a Partner at Joele Frank, was recently named an "Emerging Leader" at The M&A Advisor’s 8th annual award ceremony in New York. This award recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. Jon joined Joele Frank in 2012 after working as a financial journalist at Bloomberg News, where he covered mergers, restructuring and private equity. He began his career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse. Joele Frank partners Sharon Stern, Tim Lynch, Jed Repko, Matthew Sherman and Andrew Siegel are past recipients of the Emerging Leaders award.
Joele Frank Cited as an Outstanding Leader at Women’s 100 Securities Conference
June 9, 2017 – Joele Frank, a founder and managing partner of our firm, received the Linda C. Quinn Achievement Award at the annual Women’s 100 Securities Conference hosted by TheCorporateCounsel.net on June 9, 2017. The award honors the work of Linda C. Quinn, the first female Director of the Division of Corporation Finance of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and her impact on the SEC, the legal community and the world of finance. The award recognizes outstanding women leaders in the areas of securities and corporate governance. As the third recipient of this prestigious award, Joele joins Meredith Cross, partner at WilmerHale and former Director of the Division of Corporation Finance of the SEC, and Peggy Foran, Chief Governance Officer of Prudential Financial.

June 7, 2017 – Eric Brielmann, a Partner in Joele Frank’s San Francisco office, and Allison Monat, a Senior Account Executive in the firm’s New York office, recently received NIRI Chapter Team Awards on behalf of their respective NIRI chapters. These awards recognize the exceptional efforts of chapter leaders who successfully worked as a team and achieved demonstrable results in program planning, membership initiatives, or other endeavors.
