Joele Frank Named Public Relations Firm of the Year by The Deal

June 20, 2019 – Joele Frank was named Public Relations Firm of the Year for 2019 by The Deal at its annual awards ceremony in New York. The Deal Awards recognizes leaders and innovators in the world of deal-making. The firm also received awards for Activist Campaign of the Year (Papa John’s), Most Innovative Deal of the Year (Dell – VMware) and Private Equity Deal of the Year (athenahealth). The awards follow the review of hundreds of nominations across dozens of categories and sectors, individuals and firms by The Deal's staff of reporters, editors and data analysts.

Andi Rose and Allison Sobel Named to NIRI’s Inaugural “40 Under 40” List

May 6, 2019 – Andi Rose, a Partner at Joele Frank, and Allison (Monat) Sobel, a Senior Account Executive in the firm’s New York office, were recently named to the inaugural class of the National Investor Relations Institute’s “40 Under 40” recognition program. The NIRI 40 Under 40 Program honors the most talented young individuals in the investor relations community and recognizes young professionals who have made noticeable contributions to their companies, communities, the IR profession and to NIRI.

Joele Frank Named Financial Agency of the Year

May 7, 2019 – Joele Frank was named the 2019 Financial Agency of the Year by The Holmes Report at the North American SABRE Awards in May, marking the third time in five years that the firm has received the award, which recognizes superior achievement in the field of financial communications in North America. The firm was selected as the winner following an exhaustive research process involving more than 150 submissions and 50 face-to-face meetings with the best PR firms across the U.S. and Canada. Joele Frank was previously honored by The Holmes Report as Financial Agency of the Year in 2017, 2016 and 2012, Global Corporate/Financial Agency of the Year in 2017 and Crisis Firm of the Year in 2009.

Allison Sobel Named President of NIRI NY NextGen

September 4, 2018 – Allison (Monat) Sobel, a Senior Account Executive in Joele Frank’s New York office, has been named President of the NIRI NY NextGen Committee. NIRI NY Next Gen is a sub-group of the National Investor Relations Institute’s New York chapter geared specifically to meet the needs of up-and-coming investor relations professionals who are newer to the workforce and have been in IR for less than five years.

Meaghan Repko Named An Emerging Leader

June 26, 2018 – Meaghan Repko, a Partner at Joele Frank, was recently named an “Emerging Leader” at The M&A Advisor’s 9th annual award ceremony in New York. This award recognizes and celebrates the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. Meaghan joined Joele Frank in 2006 after advising on large financial restructurings at one of the nation’s top strategic communications firms. Joele Frank partners Sharon Stern, Tim Lynch, Jed Repko, Matthew Sherman, Andrew Siegel and Jon Keehner are past recipients of the Emerging Leaders award.
