Creative Director
Eric is the leader of Joele Frank’s Design Group. He has nearly 20 years of corporate communication design expertise across a wide spectrum of industries, and works with colleagues and advisors to help companies creatively and effectively convey messaging to a broad range of stakeholders.
Eric helps clients to:
Develop persuasive and targeted print and digital campaigns during proxy contests

Eric joined Joele Frank in 2015. From 2007-2015, he was a member of the Marketing & Communications team at Skadden. As lead designer and project manager, he helped define and maintain brand standards across all global offices, produced the firm’s marketing materials, and assisted the firm’s executive team with strategic internal presentations. Prior to Skadden, Eric spent four years as an infographic designer, providing creative expertise to litigators at many top international law firms. Additionally, he worked as freelance designer for accounting firms, investment banks and real estate development companies. Eric received a BFA from the University of Michigan School of Art and Design in 2002.
