Chloe provides strategic counsel and communications support to companies involved in a broad range of special situations and highly nuanced matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, leadership changes, litigation, and crisis management. She also works with clients to develop and refine their investor relations and stewardship engagement programs with a focus on corporate governance and executive compensation. Chloe joined Joele Frank in 2018. She earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is on the Board of Directors of the Phi Beta Kappa Association of New York.
